Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license limited to the practice or clinic designated at purchase. Any reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
PharmaCare can be used in both local and online (cloud-based) environments. For the local version, the software is installed on your own system. No patient data is transmitted to our servers. You are fully responsible for backing up and securing your data in accordance with the laws in your country. For the online version, patient data is securely stored on protected servers using industry-standard security measures. All data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS) to ensure confidentiality and protection against unauthorized access. Access to data is strictly restricted to authorized users within your clinic. We do not access, share, or sell your data to any third parties. Your data remains private and under your control at all times.
Technical support is included according to your plan terms. Bug fix updates are provided free of charge. Major updates may require an additional fee.
PharmaCare cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from misuse, hardware failure or backup failure on the part of the user.
